• Identity & account

  Mobile number, name/display name, date of birth or age, gender, city, profile photo/avatar, language.

• Verification (KYC)

  Short verification video and liveness data of Creators, used to confirm a real, adult, correctly-gendered person.

• Payment & payout

  Purchase records via the app store (we do not store your card details); for Creators, UPI ID / bank details supplied for payouts.

• Usage & interaction

  Calls, messages, gifts, session and activity logs, in-app choices, and moderation/report records.

• Device & technical

  Device identifiers, app version, OS, IP address, network and diagnostic/crash data, push-notification token.

We collect this data directly from you, automatically as you use the app, and from our service providers (e.g. the app store and infrastructure partners).

• to create and run your account and provide the Services (matching, calling, chat, gifting);
• to process purchases of Coins and, for Creators, to verify identity and make payouts;
• to keep the Platform safe — preventing fraud, impersonation, under-age use, and abuse, and enforcing these Terms;
• to provide support, send service and transactional messages, and (with your consent) promotional notifications;
• to improve, secure and analyse the Platform; and
• to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you accept this policy and use the app, and for the legitimate uses permitted by law. Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and limited to the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or deleting your account; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and some processing may be necessary for us to continue providing the Services or to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers / data processors who work on our behalf under contract — for example, the app-store billing system, real-time audio/video infrastructure, SMS/OTP delivery, payout processors, cloud hosting, analytics and crash reporting;
• with other users, to the limited extent inherent in the Service (e.g. your display name, avatar and that you are online) — we do not share your phone number, KYC video or payout details with other users;
• when required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a Government agency, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud; and
• in a business transfer (merger, acquisition or reorganisation), subject to this policy.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Verification videos are retained only as long as necessary to complete and audit verification and are then deleted or de-identified. On account deletion we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted storage of sensitive media — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials safe.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data where it is no longer required;
• withdraw consent and delete your account;
• nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
• raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

We will acknowledge privacy grievances within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, as required by law. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available in the app.
